Bonne qualité de produit (pour le prix). Nous nous attendions à quelque chose de moins bon, mais nous sommes surpris. Par contre, les ennuis reposent essentiellement sur l'entretien de l'eau : les filtres sont rarement disponibles durant l'été, alors achetez-en plusieurs. Prévoir un filtre par semaine (en considérant que vous le laverez une ou deux fois durant la semaine), surtout si vous avez des enfants. Comme ce n'est qu'un bassin de 1000 litres, les ph/alkalinité/dureté/etc. sont très sensibles. Enfin, la capacité de filtration du système n'est peut-être pas suffisante. C'était pour nous un achat en attendant de nous permettre un vrai spa familial. Il fait le plaisir des petits et grands, mais demande un suivi rigoureux de la qualité de l'eau, parce que les irritations et irruptions cutanées arrivent rapidement.

This hot tub says it does everything is says it does.
I purchased one to bring to the cottage and now I have one at my house also.
I purchased both the round and square one. They both heat to 104 and lots of fun for the kids also as a warm pool in the summer and not we run it at 104.
I have had no issues and the customer service is quick to answer all my quesitons.
