      Not Impressed at all.

      I bought this and used it once but found that it was heavy and there was some "drag" making it hard to push and pull across the floor. Also you have to hold down the trigger for the steam to come out, and I found the trigger hard to hold down too. I tried it with the cleaner that came with it and found it to be streaky and left a sticky film. The "brush" for cleaning the grout was a joke. Sorry Hoover, but you'll have to do better than this. I'm glad I didn't get rid of my Shark Steam Mop. I have already gone back to it, and it's a breeze and does a better job.

      No, I do not recommend this product.

      Stopped working!

      I bought this steamer April 2018, and less than a year later, it just stopped working - much like what some over reviews described. It heated up fine, but when you pulled the trigger for steam - nothing came out. Pulled it all apart and back together - nothing. Also had the same problem that other reviews mentioned about the Hoover liquid solution leaving a wax-like residue. Gross. Basically had to re-steam it all over again. Bought it for the same reason many others did - half price! Get what you pay for. I do not recommend this product. Going to try my luck at a Shark.

      I bought this and ignored the reviews. Let me tell you holding the button on for it to work is ridiculously hard. I actually have to buy something else, I tried to duct tape it as someone suggested but the bottom does not stay on.

      Horrible product don’t waste your money, customers service is terrible!!!

      Don’t waste your money with Hoover products, the only thing worse is there customer service. Keep your receipt because you will need it to return it back to Canadian Tire. This was the third one I have owned in 6 months and only because they were replaced by Canadian Tire each time. Hoover will make you pay shipping ($60) to have the mop shipped to Tennessee first before they will replace it.

      Used this steamer less than 10 times, already stopped making steam. Seems like its heating up, but just makes the middle of the mop pad wet, hardly any steam produced. Past warranty date so stuck with it.
