    Don’t buy this!!!

    It does plug up from pet hair!! I bought it to clean up sand - I’ve a Portuguese Water Dog which sheads very minimal, but supper active outside specially around water - . The two stars it’s because picks up the sand, but cleaning the vacuum cleaner or to change the heads... it is Very Difficult!!! Save your self a headache and do not buy this!

    Rarely works well

    Terrible motor. Head broke after a few months. Got fed up of having to clean the filter every use and then have to take apart to clean. Pet hair chokes this thing like you wouldn't believe. Should have gotten the Dyson.

    Not worth the money.

    Bought not even a month and this vacuum broke on us, the dirt cup lid felt off. The part cost to replace is $46 U.S.D, have to ship from U.S, and plus the duty fee. Really bad customer service from Hoover, don't stand up for their products. You are on your own if the vacuum broke.

    Terrible vacuum.

    Iv'e had this vacuum for months now and I end up using my old $50 vacuum 90% of the time. EVERY TIME I use it, the flashing light comes on saying that there is something wrong, and when this light is on the vacuum doesn't work properly. The filter needs to be taken out and cleaned after ever use, sometimes during the vacuuming because of how filled it gets. I typically vacuum everyday because we have a cat, so there is not enough stuff on the floors to clog the filter every-time I use it. Hair and dust gets wrapped around part of the machine and I have to use a tooth pick to unwrap it atleast every 1-2 times of using it. I was REALLY excited for this vacuum, however I wouldn't have paid this price if I had of known that I wouldn't be able to use it.

    Great product and better than Dyson

    The battery on this last way longer than the top Dyson V8 I had. I've had this Hoover for a week now and easy 25 to 30 minute run time. Great for those quick cleanups. Also like that the battery charges seperately so you can put the vaccum away anywhere and have the battery charge in a not so obvious spot.
