Buttons randomly stop working

Have had to buy 2 new ones in three years as the buttons just stop working and can't turn heat on when winter comes. waste of money

Never Again

I have had to replace this thermostat every summer for the past 3 years. It blows heat fine, but when I swap it to air, it just stops working. Do NOT recommend.

A: You should be able to use it. I have mine set up in this fashion without issue. Note where your wires are currently connected before you removed them from the old one.
