Worst piece of garbage ever!

Worst thermostat ever! It doesn't' interface with anything else and this RedLink is so awful you'll want to throw it at the person that developed it. I can get them to connect quickly, but they never stay connected. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

Used to be good

Used to work until recently. Device no longer communicates with the "cloud". Nothing changed in my LAN/wireless setup but Resideo claims it is a LAN/wireless issue on my end. Strangely enough Resideo was doing "maintenance" the day all my devices stopped working. Hmm. Tried to resolve with Resideo but it was a complete waste of time. Looking for alternative solutions as we speak. (31July2025)
