So far so good. The only thing I don't really like is that you have to use a little bit of oil or butter or things will stick. However, for the price, it works great. And I like that it's induction ready

A: I wouldn't buy this pan if you're worried about that stuff, the non stick coating isn't very tough either. I ditched mine for cast-iron after having the same concerns.

Q: Are these pans supposed to be higher in the middle so everything rolls to the edge of the pan when cooking??

A: I believe it is but I always add a bit of oil or margarine first. I think that's just habit. The pan cleans up so fast and easy. Try different things to see what works best for you. Enjoy!

Q: Regarding the question that another customer asked about country of origin of this product. Your answer was "Asia", but that is a continent. What specific country in Asia do you mean? And can you provide the name of the "ethical high quality partner"?

A: I just purchased a 30 cm (12") one and the packaging says it's made in China. Presumably, using "Asia" is to mask the true country of origin.

A: My "The Rock" frying pan is 22cm on the bottom and 26cm on the top....but my frying pan is bent. It came that way.

A: This is not true, the ceramic rock pans are Teflon free, but not the others, I can’t find any info stating that the rock diamond is Teflon free, which I would also like to know as I have birds and Teflon fumes can kill them
