Q: Do the 'kitchen element" henckel shears cut chicken bones?

A: The Henckels 8 in. Kitchen Shears (0427542P) do include a “Bone Notch”. The purpose of this feature is for sectioning small chicken bones and cutting through the joints (for example between the leg bone and thigh bone, or for sectioning chicken wing “drums” and “flats”.
