    Better then expected!

    So I'm not sure what the other guys are talking about but it seems like they got some duds. Anyways, ON WITH THE REVIEW! My dad drives a Caravan to and from work as his commute vehicle. Unfortunatley, Dodge has made some awful seating and just isn't comfortable to sit in for long periods of time and my dad has started to get some back pain from that. I decided to pick up a cushion for his back and bottom for extra comfort. This one was on sale for roughly 40% off so I thought I give it a shot. I noticed it had the massage and heated element features but was more so interested in the heated element as for it gets pretty chilly here in the London region. Surprisingly, the device comes with 2 adapters. One made to connect to the wall if you want this to go on your office chair at home and of course, the car DC outlet. I turned on the heated elements and all 3 massagers at high and the thing didn't blow which was great! However, as I mentioned I was more so interested in the heated element and not so in the massagers, the opposite had happened. The massagers functioned great but the heated element didn't warm up as nicely as my dad's usual vehicle does or my car. (They're integrated) My dad doesn't mind. The heating element works, but it's not great. (Only reason it lost a star) As for the wire lengths, but in home and car versions are quite lengthy and can be routed under carpet and panels to have a clean install. More experienced people can probably connect this directly to the fuse box or to a circuit which is live when the key is on the run position. Basically, I bought this for lumbar support for my dad, and he loves it soley for that. The massage is nice when he's stuck in traffic letting him feel nice and easy.

    Doesnt work, no instructions, and missing adapter

    The package was unopened and there are still missing parts. The AC adapter was not in the box, there were no instructions or anything else to help show how to install/use this product (not that it should be needed), and it would seem that it does not work. Ive checked the DC outlets in my truck and they work fine, there is power going to the cushion and it still does not work.
