Waste of money

Terrible product. The rubberized grip makes it difficult to get a tight wrap on the bar. If you try wrapping the opposite direction you are fighting against the strap trying to unroll.

These are terrible. The rubber grip is on the wrong side and makes it difficult to get a tight wrap on the bar. Chucked them in the bin and bought traditional style lifting straps

Great for heavy lift days

Easy to use and they make a difference for days you’re lifting or pulling heavy. They don’t restrict movement at all, and are sturdy on your wrist without being uncomfortable.
