too frustrating to to be usable

Kinda unacceptable when you got 3 batteries cutting wood with the 60v and you cannot keep up because they the last one is dead and the first one still hasn't cooled down enough for the charger to start.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Green Works...till it doesn't!!!

Bought this in Feb 2021....charged battery about 10 times. It stopped charging...or the battery won't hold charge. Green Works wants original receipt and won't accept CT MasterCard statement showing date purchased, price, model # etc. Have to buy a new charger now and hope the battery is ok....or the original purchase was a waste of money.

Unfortunately credit card statements do not provide all details on the purchase so that we can validate the warranty on our end. Without the receipt and the information, it contains, there is no official record of the ownership following a purchase, or a request for a refund or exchange. We hope this clarifies the issue you have encountered.
