Not all that pleased

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Waited twice for the chatbot to connect me with someone and was disconnected. Gave up on the telephone. Ordered what I think I need but really wanted to check first. Wish me luck. Not pleased with the service. Have had the product for a year and the trimmer head already requires replacement.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Doesn't Fit

Doesn't fit my Greenworks split-shart electric (plug-in) string trimmer. I can't find the bump head replacement to fit it, and I don't seem to be able to buy just the string trimmer attachment through the web site.

Q: Would this fit yard works model # 60-2212-0?

A: No it will not fit the 60-2212, I don't think that the replacement spool for that model is still available, it may be just having to rewind 0.065 line on the current spool.
