We are sorry to hear the runtime did not meet your expectations. Runtime can vary significantly depending on snow depth, density, and ambient temperature. Heavier or compacted snow increases current draw, which can shorten operating time.
Regarding the temperature warning: lithium-ion batteries include built-in thermal protection. After heavy, especially in cold outdoor conditions followed by indoor charging, the pack may temporarily trigger a temperature delay. Allowing the battery to return to room temperature before charging is recommended and helps protect long-term battery health.
