Non-Stick Cake Pan

I like the Pan. It cleans up well. Time will tell if this feature will last.
I've noticed two shortcomings: 1. The pan is only good to 450 degrees F. I want to cook fish in the Pan, but this usually requires 450 degrees F and this would risk damaging the Pan.
2. The pan's size doesn't permit cooking large amounts.
