Good tires, but very disappointing customer servic

The Goodyear UltraGrip Perf+ tires themselves seem fine overall, but my experience with the customer service was very disappointing. Right after installation, my car indicated low tire pressure, and when I went back the staff told me it might be a problem with my vehicle’s valve instead of properly checking their work. The next day, I discovered the pressure they had added was only 30 PSI instead of the required 36 PSI, and I had to reset the system myself because they did not inform me of that step. Since the installation, the tires also make a whistling and squeaking sound while driving, which is very inconvenient and was not present before.
