Doesn't work for me

Was happy to see this natural product and so I bought it to use on the upholstery ceiling in my car... unsure where the odour came from as the car is spotless and clean otherwise. I am not sure what I did wrong, as I followed the instructions as best as I understood them. To me, this is just an air freshener... and I hate the smell. My car now smells like an odour from the ceiling with a chemical floral scent trying to mask it. I think Febreze at least smells better and expect works better too... will try another product once I figure out how to remove this awful "natural" product smell from my car.
