L'appareil est tout rouillé à l'intérieur. Il devrait y avoir une réclamation pour cette appareil, plusieurs personne on le même problème.

J'ai acheté ce produit il y a 3 ans et demi. j'ai un code d'erreur F0 qui perdure. En boni pas de support de réparation ni de Canadian Tire, ni de Garrison qui d'ailleurs n'existe peut-être pas ou plus, ni de réparateurs indépendants...vraiment un mauvais produit à acheter.
PS: J'ai un déshumidificateur de 20 ans qui fonctionne encore super bien...ça laisse des doutes sur la qualité de fabrication des nouveaux produits. Le consommer jeter serait-il rendu au déshumidificateurs?

The controls and operating manual are confusing, but the dehumidifier works very well once you get the settings right. It pulls lots of moisture from the air in a reasonable amount of time.

A: It is not recommended to open up the plastic housing to clean the unit. However, if you do, ensure that power cable is unplugged from wall outlet. Additionally, an air compressor can also be used to clean any dust off the fan blades. Sunrise Tradex Team.

A: Hello, It depends on the temperature in the room the dehumidifier is in. Unlike an air conditioner, a dehumidifier will not change the temperature of the air coming into it. Q: Getting an F0 code. From my research it seems to be a filter cleaning code, but the 2 side filters are clean.

Q: Why is there Ice forming around the fins? My unit is only about a year old and noticed that there's ice forming around the fins starting from bottom up?

A: Chances are that if the unit is icing up it is due to either the coils being jammed with dirt/dust/debris, otherwise there might be a leak somewhere in the lineset. Your best bet is to contact customer service for the steps to follow. Thank you.

Q: What does FO mean when it shows up in the display. Unit runs, but is not collecting water. I thought it was filter, but pulled the grill off and everything behind the cage looks clean.

A: La réponse est non. Le client ne doit pas enlever le morceau de styroform car cela permet au commutateur de se lever et déclencher le '' réservoir plein '' signal.Si le styrofoam est enlevé, l'interrupteur ne va pas augmenter et l'eau sera sûrement trop-plein du réservoir.
