No good at all

I thought that Garmin was a good product but this unit is a waste of money. It takes a long time to find satellites and often shows you way off where you actually are. The recorded distances are way off actual distances and sometimes it doesn't record when it has shown that it is tracking you. It says it comes with maps but they are useless and they want you to spend a boat load of money buying their maps which don't come close to the detail of the maps that they use on their web site.

No, I do not recommend this product.

The unit is very rugged as it fell off my bike and bounced down the path with very little damage. Just a scrape. The maps that come on the unit are not much use. Of course Garmin wants to sell you maps. There are ways to load maps for free from other sources. The manual could be more comprehensive.
