ON OFF switch Single Pole Single Throw

It is a nicely designed on off switch. It is pricey for what it does and if I had the time, I would order it online for about a third of the price. So CTC has to be mindful of the competition.

Q: What is the max current and voltage rating? Does it handle alternating current?

A: The GB switch GSW-51, ratings are as follows. 3A/250 VAC and 6A/125 VAC. These can work with DC rather than AC voltage, but that is only the case if the current (amps) doesn’t exceed the full current rating of the switch. For example a switch rated for 20A / 125VAC can also be used for a 20A / 30 VDC application.
