I got some of these for my extension cords to carry and keep neat. I got three to go on the ones I wanted to use them for. The ratchet is nice to get a firm grip on the cord, and then carry it with, the hole in the handle makes it so you can stack them on a long nail or screw. I had one but most of the teeth for the ratchet had snapped off so I got the new ones. Most likely you'll find them with the electrical stuff.
