A great invention. Very easy to use. Simply cut a strip off and wrap it loosely around the plant and the stake. Overlap the ends and they stick to each other sort of like velcro. I highly recommend it.

Ive waited my whole life for these.

Last year I purchased two of these and I found them at a neighborhood hardware store for less than this site and bought like 6 more rolls.
The pros: can hold the heaviest of vines with any size fruit. Easy to cut off if using the roller and best of all you can reuse these!!! Best ever.

Forget it. Get stretch ties. These are too expensive and stretch ties work much much much better.
