Not a great roller

Haven't used this much as it squeaks when I use it. Not overly happy but at this point I can't return it so it will go to the use as a last resort place where all the not so good items go.

Good, sturdy product

I was suprised how sutrdy this foam roller is. Very effective to break down muscle knots. However, if you have very sensitive trigger points like me, a softer roller would be preferable.

My husband bought me this roller a year ago and we use it all the time. I also have a foam roller but i find this works so much better for rolling out the back.
