Furby DJ Furby with Touch-Activated Lights, English

I did research before making the splurge on this thing. Huge hit. Has many different games and features including calming music and yoga for bed time. Very impressed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was gifted the DJ Furby Rainbow to try out. My kids loved the bright colours and it was bigger than expected. It was easy to follow along with the instructions. The belly buttons were sometimes hard to push but with some patience it was fine. The games were fun and the music is good to bop along with. As a parent, I enjoyed the relaxation option. It’s lightweight and good for travelling.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] DJ Furby was instantly loved by my daughter, she appreciates all the different colours and softness of this little Furby, and loves its little voice and songs. For the parents, I have to admit this was a little hard to set up, even turn on and off and find all the different modes and functions, in the end I gave up. I don’t understand what it’s saying when switching between modes and it’s difficult to find the music or yoga unless you accidentally stumble across it - it’s real hard maintenance especially if you have impatient kids that just want to play. Has lots of different features which makes it a great you purchase for its price range, just a tad too hard to operate.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was sent the Furby DJ in exchange for my review. I took it to Christmas and it was an instant hit with the kids! They absolutely loved it. Unlocking new songs and modes kept them entertained for hours, and they had so much fun learning little bits of Furbish along the way. The rainbow colours are super eye-catching, the lights are bright and exciting, and brushing Furby with the special comb that was included became a favourite activity pretty quickly. The belly games were a great way for the kids to play together with their new Furby friend! All of us adults really appreciated that the volume is adjustable and it genuinely kept the kids busy without needing screens, which is always a win. When the kids got tired, we decided to test out the light show mode, which is basically a white noise machine with lights. A great feature! While the kids adored it and it is a great product with a lot of features, I personally still prefer the OG Furby from the 90s. The older ones spoke more Furbish and felt a little more mysterious. Overall though, Furby DJ is colourful, interactive, and incredibly fun for kids. If you’re buying it for children, it’s a fantastic toy — just don’t expect it to feel exactly like the classic Furby if you grew up with one.
