Wrong filter

The filter arrived in a box sealed with tape. I purchased it based on Canadian Tire's parts selection system, which indicated it was compatible with my car model. However, the filter is larger than it should be and does not fit my vehicle. Unfortunately, I couldn’t find the receipt to return it. I won’t be buying parts of this type from this store again and strongly recommend that others carefully verify the compatibility of items before purchasing.

Good but missing crush washer.

Good filter but very strange and annoying Fram omits the oil pan drain plug crush washer for the Ultra. Fram includes both the o-rings and the crush washer in the much cheaper Extra Guard line.
