Q: Do these stools swivel? There is another set like this that says Swivel in the description and are more expensive. The description for these don’t mention Swivel.

A: Swivel by 360 degree. I’m using it as two years. And these stool bars are available for 75% - 80% off sale (60$ - 70$) at certain periods of a year.
