Q: How much weight can they support?

A: The recommended weight capacity is 30 pounds/ shelf when installed into studs or with the included wall anchors.

Q: Can they be flipped? In the ad the two smaller shelves have the sides pointing down and the largest one has the sides pointing up. Do they have to be mounted this way or could they all be down or up or the largest down and the smaller two up?
