total waste of money

bought this coat rack for my entry way. First off the base is too small for its intended use so it tips over if you have more than a few items on it. The pegs aren't welded to the frame so they move back and forth from side to side. so if you hang a coat on one side the other side of the peck tilts way up and the jacket just slides off. this is a very poorly designed tree. do not waste your money. A piece of c**p.

Totally wobbly and unstable

I scooped this up on sale a few months ago. Unlike others, I haven't had issues with the base (though it is small, I wouldn't put more than 4-6 coats on here). However, after a few months of use, the stand is totally wobbly and won't tighten. The screw is stripped or broken. It's on about a 5-10 degree angle, is totally loose and won't tighten. Also, when you assemble it, you need to put the pegs through the stand so that one peg serves as two hooks; as time has gone on, these have also become loose and are on an angle. If a coat is hanging on one of the pegs, it dips and the other side rises. Very cheap quality. It was ok for the first few weeks but just a few months later I'm shopping for a new one.

big mistake

I thought that this coat rack would be amazing. It was far from it. The store had it on sale and it was the last one, and I fell for it. I have decided to throw it away.... and I haven't even had it a whole month... Just cant find my receipt. Anyway, please don't waste your money on this coat rack. Get something with a wide base to prevent tipping over!!!

Does the trick

Though it's not fancy, this coat rack holds coats. Easy to assemble and light enough for me to pick up, but heavy enough to stay standing with at least 4 coats on it. My only worry is that the balls just slide on with a semi snug fit so I could see them getting pulled off when jackets are pulled off.
