Missing parts

I got this as a gift and when I tried to assemble it there were no screws! I tried to see what type of screw it took, but everytime I called the toll free number they either weren’t there or didn’t give man an answer

Overall Great Rack

Overall great show rack. Easy to put together and fits a lot of shoes well. Put ours in the closet and works well but wish it was shorter and wider to fit in the closet better. The height makes it difficult for the closet space but knowing the demensions can’t complain. Recommend this product to others.

Terrible shoe rack

I agree with the other review. I bought this for my teenagers shoes, the slightest bump or even if you breathe near it the shoes all come tumbling off! I was so frustrated with it I finally just threw it out and all my kids shoes are once again all over our garage floor. Do not buy!! I would give it 0 stars if I could.

Obviously not as sturdy as the more expensive ones you see on the market but overall it's not to bad. I'm a strong believer of you get what you pay for. If you want something extremely sturdy than your gonna have to pay for it.

Does not work well

This rack hold a lot of pairs of shoes, but the slightest bump or shake and all the shoes come tumbling down because the racks are angled downwards. Unless you only use it with women's high heels every other shoe falls off with the slightest touch of the rack. if the racks were straight it would have been such a great rack. But everything keeps falling off and makes it useless. too bad i do not have the box or receipt anymore.

No, I do not recommend this product.
