When I opened the package a small plastic tube (Necessary) and pages 11 t0 16 of the manual were missing. I only noticed this at the end of my installation but thinking that Canada Tire would rectify quickly I did not dis-assemble my project. Canadian Tire could not find a replacement plastic tube and suggested I return the product for replacement. This was not good for me so I got the parts somewhere else at my expense. Not good service from Canadian Tire.

Q: Re: Fluidmaster® 400AK All-In-One Complete Toilet Repair Kit Hello, I just see 2 bolts in the picture posted on website. Does it fit 3 bolt tanks?

A: Yes it will fit a standard toilet tank using a 2 inch flush valve system. This kit comes with two bolts and you will need to reuse or get another bolt.
