Decent Value for the price.

I purchased mine 6 years ago and while the colour has faded from the sun, it's still in good condition. You do have to pull hard to open the door and give it a good firm push to click it shut so that the weather stays out but after a good chat with my lovely mail carrier I have not had any issues with wet or snow covered mail! I would buy it again :)

bought it, modified it to close with a spring cause the lock is to hard, plow went by once and already broken at the back, cheap plastic and full of snow

Cute, but cheap quality

Positive: Cute looking barn design
Negative: The door is difficult to open and close. The latch requires you to pull hard on the door to open, and slam hard to shut. If you don't slam it close, the door will NOT close and may fall open.
This is going back to the store.
No, I do not recommend this product.
