Awesome product

This is one of the best products I've ever purchased. After several years the rope broke and Fiskars promptly replaced the entire unit. Kudos to Fiskars for standing behind their profuse and honoring the lifetime warranty. It is so rare these days so I truly appreciate this. Unfortunately Fiskars had discontinued this product. It's still available though so get one before they're all gone. I intend to. Fiskars: Please bring this design back. The new one is not good.

Broke during second use

The plastic collar that allows the pole to extend broke after the second use and I can’t seem to locate the part. The first Fiskars extendable pruner I bought lasted several years but this unit does not seem to be near as robust. Any help on locating the plastic collar would be appreciated.

Been using this for over 10 years. Used to last 3~4 years. In the last couple years, we went through about 8 of them! rivet comes off chain, string snap, blade snap, spring comes off.

Warranty is currently working on claims submitted 6/7/25. If your claim was submitted after this date, it hasn't been reviewed yet. This is due to an error that occurred during a recent software transition that caused a backlog.

All around perfect product for my needs

Has mine for years and perfect weight and mechanism to get the job done without me having to waddle up in the middle of undergrowth and get covered in poison Ivey or meet the neighborhood snakes So great a tool, the lawn company picked it up and drove off. Ah well needed some new blades anyway.
