      Pumice fire bricks.

Wrong product. I hate going into your stores. No customer service can't find anyone to help find something. Your buttons in aisles to ring for service nobody comes after 10 minutes I left. Canadian Tire has gone downhill.

The new firebricks are terrible quality. It broke within the first hour of use. I am sure they are cheap to ship since they are so lightweight but they DO NOT LAST.

These cheaper bricks constantly have sand rubbing off of them. I still installed them because of time pressures and I was only replacing some bricks, but I am not confident how long they will last.

We are sorry if you were not completely happy with your replacement brick. Depending on how long you have had your stove, the bricks should be the same and have a good track record of lasting. Thank you for letting us know. USSC

      • A: Les joints entre chaque brique réfractaire n'ont pas besoin d'être scellés, mais il est impératif de respecter la disposition en brique du modèle de poêle pour respecter les dégagements testés.
