Fiesta™ Stainless Steel H Burner, Small

These things aren't bullet proof, so when my existing burner "blew" some holes, I purchased this as a replacement. I was shocked that it wasn't easier to put together. You'd think with just a handful of screws that things would just fall into place, but it took some real effort to get the metal screws to go into the holes that may have been a bit too small for the screws. Then the alignment of the burners themselves wasn't real scientific. I settled to have the centre part of the "H" overlap a little bit. It's as if the holes themselves were too close to each other, thus cramping the burners together. There were two "venturi" valve lengths to choose from in the box, and I chose the longer of the two, and yet, it still took some real effort to position the burner, JUST RIGHT, so that the venturi connected to the propane source, and the burner clips snapped into the bottom of my BBQ. Overall, it works. I just think a product with 3 parts, 6 screws, 2 gaskets and 2 venturi would have taken 5 minutes to assemble and install. It ended up taking like :30 minutes to massage the screws into their holes, and getting the burners to line up the best I could, then getting the venturi to touch the propane nozzle, while all at the same time, getting the legs of the burner to line up with the bottom of my BBQ.

It was so nice to be able to replace the one part that had worn out on our BBQ rather than needing to buy a whole new BBQ. This part was a perfect fit and easy to install.

I have found that Fiesta is a good brand for thee replacement venturis. I have doubled my BBQ life with one of these babies more than once over the years....

We bought this in 2009 and it still works great. We barbeque at least 2-3 times a week, and it sits under a balcony not exposed to the elements.

H-Burner was the listed as exact fit replacement burner for Fiesta 400 and 450 series barbecues. The tabs on the burner fit on the grill housing well, but the venturi tubes, even with the longer ends that come with it, were a couple centimeters away from the valves. Make sure you check the length of your old tubes compared to these before you buy this burner.
