Horrendous. Waste of money

Worst system ever. Dont waste your money. Crashes everytime you try to use the app, video quality is horrible. Go with the Geeni, much much better system.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Very easy to set up and install outdoors on wifi, I do recommend if you have weaker or distant router for wifi to buy a D-Link Extender so you can have no issues with connection, you can view live stream from anywhere in the world on your smart phone, tablet etc... very high quality construction, night vision works great, and motion detection works well, downfalls are the sensitivity experimenting with the correct setting so everything does not set it off that passes by like rain, snow , cars , birds etc, these cameras are very well hidden on white exteriors facing and wires aswell, I recommend using the wifi to connect and not a ethernet cord unless used indoors for easier set up, and to save the hassle it does not hurt to buy a larger SD card that it only comes with 2 16GIG cards which is good for 30-40 days of recording, you also have the option to purchase storage on the cloud, being an exterior camera audio is not always needed but would be a nice feature on this model if it was equipped also if it had the LED white strobe option with intercom would be great which is included on the model above this, so it’s not a bad idea to grab this kit and then purchase 2 of the upgraded models above this one to have the best of both for home security, worth the buy!!

Q: I don’t have wifi or internet at my farm, can I still use this and save the footage to the hard drive and review at a later date or if suspicious activity is noticed?

A: Yes - You can use the EZVIZ DVR on a farm without any network connectivity. Please note that if you do not have network connectivity, you cannot view the videos from the device remotely

Q: I have installed this camera system for over a year now and it works great, however i notice an audio option on the camera that does not work, one of the camera makes a static noise but does not pick up audio,is this system equipped with audio capability?

A: Ezviz DVR system support audio from camera channel 1 only, however you need to buy DVR microphone in order to have it record audio.
