Great for my family, we make jurky for my two dog instead of fake unhealthy packaged treats The dehydrator runs with out tieing up my oven all day.

Not the quality I expected

I have always heard that this is an excellent brand of dehydrator. I was disappointed to find the door doesn't slide on properly because the trays don't slide in far enough or securely enough. The whole thing looks a bit crooked and feels cheaply made. I will be returning it.

The dehydrator is very quiet, gets to temperature accurately (important for Jerky) and is quick. Seems a little "plasticky" and flimsy, but in use it has been good with no issues.
