Difficult to remove from bike rack

While this bag is big enough to hold everything one could need to commute to work it is nearly impossible to unclog from the rack. After only one use two of the clips ripped right off of the bag

These are great bags. Had none of the issues as described in the other reviews. I've put them on and off a couple times now. Nothing broke or ripped, but maybe im just doing things right. Not sure why the picture shows the green marks pointing out the flaws in the picture... but none of that comes with them.

Broke as soon as I bought it

Used with same brand bike the plastic attachments broke on the first day must now use the Velcro arrachements to make it stay in place. Cheap don’t buy it.

Q: Do you need to have a rear rack with vertical supports to use this bag? Or could I use something like the Via Velo Alloy Bike Seat Rack?

A: You should always have a fixed rear carrier when using a pannier bag. The sides of the pannier need to be supported, and the bottom stays of the rack protect against the pannier bag becoming entangled in the wheel. A better option for the Via Velo Seat Post Rack would be a Rack Top Bag.

Q: Roughly how many litres does each side fit and what is the maximum weight bearing ability?
