This is a fabulous piece of equipment, great for the gentle resistance exercises for my leg physio therapy. Use it everyday for other muscle groups. It is versatile and portable.

Dangerous

Door strap is dangerous!!! Can’t imagine how this would have turned out had I been doing curls or had that let go while pulling low down near my crotch area!!!!!!!!!!!

Good variety of tensile strength

3 bands of different tensions. The doorknob attachment stays put, the handles are comfortable, and the other attachment has very good Velcro so you can adjust it to fit whatever you’re attaching it to. The bands are quite long, good for a tall person. Found ways to adjust the length for my height. Would have liked a sheet of exercises

If I could give it 0 stars I would. My husband and I have had this set for maybe a month and as my husband was using it tonight , the ball to the door wedge broke making the resistance bands sling shot across my husbands back.

No, I do not recommend this product.
