Good bag, awful to set up

This bag is a good quality but terrible to set up, the screw holes do not match. Not sure if maybe I got a defective one?

Easy to assemble/fill. Stays put. Comes with recommended workouts if you're new. Great for some cardio at home!

Not a true heavy bag but what freestanding bag is? It's great for working out combinations and building up a sweat but it acts like a 60lb bag and you don't get the "snap" that a 120lb bag gives. I'd highly recommend this if you want a good cardio but if you need to work out heavy punches and hooks go with a traditional bag. The bag is really soft and easy on the hands so half the time I don't wear gloves(I love that)

A: generally the base is filled with 160 lbs of water....we do not recommend filling it with sand....couldn't be moved

Q: how durable is the neck? can it withstand constant aggressive roundhouse kicks?

A: It would depend on the size and aggresiveness of the user. This item was designed more for punches than kicks, however it is very durable and some consumers have incorporated kicks into thier workout routine on it.
