Weights are as advertised. However, one strap broke after several uses and the stitching of the pouches is poor - already starting to come apart. I wouldn’t recommend them because of quality issues.

The strap broke when I tried to tighten them and they broke the second time I tried them on. They also didn't fit properly

Garbage!

Absolute garbage! The adjustable Velcro straps are glued together not stitched. With a weight of only 2 pounds one of the straps came apart on day two. It it also impossible to adjust it snuggly around your ankle. Falls of constantly.

No, I do not recommend this product.

I bought these within the last 6 months and 3 of the 4 the velcro straps have torn off halfway along the length. They are also too big for my ankles and have to overlap at ends which is awkward for putting on.
