Dir not fit together

I bought 2 on sale, neither one fit together as indicated in the instructions. The cut grooves were not deep enough. Returned both of them. The instructions stated that the metal corners will "slide into position". They did not. Apparently there are some 5 star ratings and some 1 star - i think there are issues with manufacturing consistency. Be careful.
