    Is the product supposed to smell?

    I just bought the tourmaline pack today and it has a very strong odour, almost like mosquitoe repellant. Is this normal?

    I put this in the microwave as directed for 1.5 minutes. The velcro started smoking and smelled like melted plastic. The plastic was in fact melting. It burned through the fabric. Complete garbage.

    I am very disappointed in this product,it takes forever to heat up . It pourly put together, the stitching was undoing when I opened it,

    I wish that I had of read the instructions first. I did not realize that you have to put it in the microwave with a glass of water to heat it up. I am not lazy but wanted something easy to use. Wish that the instruction were on the box. It does not stay hot long enough for me. I am back to using my heating pad. What a waste of my money.
