A: The total output amperage is 3.1A over 2 USB ports. One 1A port and one 2.1A port.

Q: I sent this an item that can be used when there is a power outage if it is all charged up and if so will it work with the iPhone and iPad.

A: Yes, it will work with an iPhone and iPad. The only point to note is that the power bank comes with a micro USB cable, so the customer will need the appropriate cable to charge their Apple device.
