Just bought this in January and worked like a charm but now it’s quit steaming not even a year later....and of course my local store has no stock to replace it.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Doesn't work

The first one I bought didn't steam so I exchanged it for another one. This one will only steam by pressing the button on the main compartment. This means bending over while mopping the floor. It does seem to clean the floor. The white mop pad picked up dirt. Too bad it doesn't steam properly.
No, I do not recommend this product.

I bought this was so excited filled up tank plugged in turned on and it never lit up and just doesnt work at all.cant even reach you guys to get my money back

Accessoire non compatible

J’ai acheter cette vadrouille à vapeur et dès que j’ai ouvert la boîte, j’ai été déçue. Les accessoires pour la vadrouille ne tienne pas sur le bout, donc il est sensé avoir plusieurs options (5-1) mais seulement la fonctionnalité vadrouille fonctionne. Décevant.

Q: How does it clean windows ? Does it come apart to make it hand held to clean windows. I have constant dog nose prints on my sliding doors. Will this help ?

A: The Dirt Devil SimpliSteam 2-in-1 Steam Mop can be used in hand held mode. It comes with a jet nozzle and crevice brush attachment for multi-surface cleaning. To use this on windows, attach the jet nozzle, spray on surface, and wipe clean with microfiber cloth or dry towel.
