Does less than half of the advertised toque value

Tool doesn’t loosen Ford f150 lug nuts torqued at 150ft/lbs and will only tighten the same lug nuts to 147ft/lbs.
Purchased in November of 2021 from Amazon.ca

We were EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with the lack of customer service in owen sound, port elgin, and kincardin when the item purchased was not what was in the box when we opened it. ABSOLUTELY no acceptable options were offered.
VERY disappointed.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Although you pay extra for DeWalt products they are built to last with a great customer service and a great warranty. The DCF894P2 is no exception, well made and excellent at medium duty jobs.

Very happy with this tool. Battery life is excellent; once you figure out the knack for charging them properly (depress the release button as you seat the battery on the charger). Took wheel nuts off my truck with no problem. This is going to save me a lot of backaches.

Q: Please update your info/title of this product. Product pics and specs show it is the (mid-torque) model. Which has way less torque than the high torque model! IT SHOULD SAY MID TORQUE MODEL! I almost bought this! I wanted the high torque model btw......
