Beautiful but cheaply made.

Nice handle. Matches my other Delta Trinsic handles but the internals are cheap plastic. Handle became floppy a couple weeks after the 1 year warranty expired. Upon inspection it was clear that the cheap plastic internals had worn out.

Poor quality, doesn't work for a side mount handle

We bought this and it won't install correctly for a side mount handle, it makes no sense. If you push it down it turns but because it's a side mount the mechanism moves down in the tank - there's no way to switch it from what I can tell. Beware if you don't have a front mount handle

I need a right side mount trip lever. The specs (below) said it would work. It doesn't. Toto CST454CUFRG STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS: • Installation instructions included with product. • Universal left front or left side mount tank lever. • Can work in right side mount toilets.

Says universal on the box but didn't fit

I was so excited to buy this matching tank lever to complete my delta trinsic matte black bathroom, however, it did not not fit on my Kohler Santa Rosa toilet. It says universal on the package, however that was not the case. I'm super bummed.
