Upon initiating the setup. It wouldn't disperse water, its loud af. I spent 10 minutes and returned it and got the upgraded version of DeLonghi- LA specialista- it works better faster and quieter

  • A: Makes a really quick and delicious cup of coffee. I make Americanos with mine all the time. Water and espresso, then add whatever you like, cream, sugar. Amazing cup of coffee.

  • A: Since this machine is meant to make espresso, it does not make much sense to use anything other than espresso-grind coffee. And for best results, you probably should use an espresso roast. If you use something coarser or lighter than espresso coffee, the results will be weak and watery by comparison. But I have used it with Trung Nguyen coffee to make Vietnamese iced coffee.
