Works great

Great edging - you should spell border correctly in your catalogue - it is not a boarder.

I actually was looking for the taller edging, but this can work.

Qualité moindre

Il n'est pas de très bonne qualité. Quand on le déroule, il se casse pas complètement, mais ça fait un gros pli.

Edger for a sidewalk

I wanted this as an edger beside my sidewalk so that dirt and water didn’t keep coming onto the side walk when I watered my plants. Works great for that.

Resin edging

Sturdy edging but very difficult to straighten or curve where needed.

For best results we suggest you remove the staples and lay the edging in the sun for a few hours, or if it is still cool outside, remove staples and place edging in a car with the windows up for a few hours. It will then be much easier to work with.

Thank you.

Questions

Q: How large is the anchor hole for the pegs?

2 Answers
  • A: You have to create your own holes when you hammer it through the plastic, so you can put them anywhere

Q: Do you sell the stakes required to hold the edging in place

2 Answers
  • A: I don’t work for Canadian Tire, but I can tell you that in my experience, you don’t need stakes. Warm the edging in the sun so that it’s more flexible to lay, and then bury it in the ground, packing the earth along the edging. I have had no issues with it staying in place.

Q: Do you need stakes to hold in place

  • A: We did not use stakes. What we used was small sticks about the diameter of the top edge, inserted small pieces of wood/sticks to keep the ends aligned. We used them in the fashion of tree rings, and sunk into the ground deep enough to be able to mow over top.
