Q: Are these helpful for a small bathroom to prevent mildew build up?
a year agoA: These will work great in small bathroom. We use two in a small utility room that has our natural gas water heater and water softener as well as pressure tank (we have on well water). Even though we have insulation on pipes we still had problems with condensation. Using 2 bags has removed ALL moisture, ALL. We also use one in boot closet, and under kitchen sink. We use small bucket style ones in travel trailer and cars. Highly recommend this stuff. Even the ones in water utility area seem to last over 2 months before replacement needed.

Q: We are going on a vacation to the Caribbean and I wanted to know if this will work in our room as it is usually damp and sometimes you have smell mold.
3 years agoA: If you are going to be there for a long time I think it would help, but if you are only going for a week I don’t think it would make a difference. These are meant for use over a period of time. Like in a closet, camper, or as I use it for in my suv/car But it wouldn’t hurt to try. Enjoy your trip :)
