Replacement unit - so far so good

I am on my second of these grind and brew coffee makers. The water pump (I believe) went on my first one, not long after purchasing. They sent me a replacement after a long wait for a new cup capsule, which I assured them was not the problem. Ok I waited, new one came and the same thing happened. Once again I had coffee all over the place…the water came out all at once with such force it emptied the k cup of its contents and it got all over the machine and my counters etc. again. I use filtered water and change the charcoal filter even more frequently than recommended and I clean every inch of that machine regularly. I hope this replacement lasts longer than the first one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had this model for 3/4 years now.Worked great.Now having problems.Sometimes only get steam and no water comes out.In process of cleaning it with vinegar and water,but still doing the same thing.Is it repairable?
