    Cast iron is my favorite bake wear roaster go to. I love that the handle is oven safe ,covering helps keep the flavors inside where they belong, gifting you the juiciest cuts of meat tenderest veggies . The color very current and kitchen complimentary. I think you will find lots of uses for it for many years to come.

    When I bought this "pot", I thought I would only use it occasionally. Boy was I wrong. I love this thing. It makes meat fall of the bone and I don't have to worry about it burning anything. Wish I had bought it years earlier.
