I've had this kettle for over a year. I'm off to buy another one for my Mom. We are heavy tea drinkers and this kettle is used at least twice a day. It has been splattered occasionaly by grease from other pans, it quickly cleans with a soapy cloth. I have trouble cleaning some stainless steel, but you won't have any issue with this one. The whistle is loud and I can alway's hear it.

Returned, burned hand and thumb.

Well fabricated, but bad design. To pour, hand must slide forward on silicone handle, lands up on VERY hot metal part. Thumb gets burned by unprotected metal push lever which sits in steam from spout, where the whistle mechanism does not fit properly, send steam all over.. Really hot! Used it three times thinking I would get used to it. Just got used to getting burned. Returned. No problem by return clerk. Get with it Cuisinart. I trust your brand name to be really good.

Great Kettle

I use this kettle a few times a week. I have never had a problem with the handle breaking or bending and find it pours great. It is stylish and i usually just leave it sitting on the stove. Its really easy to clean.

Very stylish looking but completely impractical. Pours awkwardly and you can easily get burned by the steam and it spills. Handle is also flimsy and easily bends
